Our Hope Centres are drop in centres where everyone is warmly welcomed. Every Thursday from 10am-12.30pm we offer free hot drinks and food, a caring community, crafts and games, as well as access to our other services which support people in getting out of poverty. The Mobility and Access Group provides free transport, using a minibus with a tail lift. The Group take local residents on weekly shopping trips, hospital visits, also on social trips, as these events are just as important to combat loneliness.

We are a local support/ peer group for veterans and their families, offering a free weekly Thursday meet up. We offer excursions out to help combat isolation and mental health issues and have access to a local charity mobility bus to collect any veterans unable to attend due to transport or mobility issues. We have professionals and experts that give advice on a range of veteran specific affairs and the means and connections to signpost our veterans to the direct sources of care, help and advice.

Always Active support for those who live at home but welcome the chance to meet others and enjoy varied daily activities for older people. Always Active Day Centres provide a range of activities, a chance to socialise and meet friends and give carers respite knowing their loved one is in a safe and supportive environment. Visitors to the groups do not need to be accompanied by a carer as staff are trained in health, social and dementia care.
