Town Councillors are summoned to attend the Meeting of Handforth Town Council (HTC) on Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 7:00pm at The Youth Centre, Old Road, Handforth.
An audio recording of the meeting will be taken and provided upon request to the Town Clerk.

26/05/1 To receive apologies for absence.
26/05/2 To note Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss or discuss and vote on a matter in which a member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest (DPI).
26/05/3 Open Forum- Comment and questions concerning items on this agenda may be put to the Council by the public during this period. Matters which, in the Chair’s view require debate and/or a discussion will be referred to the next Committee/Council meeting, as appropriate. Items not pertaining to the agenda may also be taken at this time at the Chair’s discretion. The Public Forum is restricted to 15 minutes and strictly 3 minutes per person unless the Chair allows otherwise.

26/05/8 To receive a report from the Chair of the Town Council.
26/05/9 MOTION: To review the HTC Website Accessibility & Publication Guidelines “The Publication Scheme”. (Cllr Susan Moore).
26/05/10 MOTION: To install one additional Town Council Notice Board on Spath Lane, sited on the green land adjacent to Chelford Road. Up to a maximum value of £815.00 plus delivery and VAT. (Cllr Chris Samson).
26/05/11 MOTION: To purchase a number of additional self-watering planters for Handforth Town Centre to complement and extend the existing planters. Up to a maximum value of £2,000.00. (Cllr Susan Moore).
26/05/12 To receive any update from the communications working group. (Cllr Peter Moore).
26/05/13 To receive notices and correspondence.
26/05/14 To agree the date of the next HTC Full Council meeting to be held on 10th March 2026 at 7:00pm.
