Members of the Finance Committee are summoned to attend a meeting on Tuesday 08th October 2024 at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Handforth Youth Centre, Old Road, Handforth.

24/19/1 To receive apologies for absence.
24/19/2 To note Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss, or discuss and vote on a matter in which a Member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest (DPI).
24/19/3 Open Forum- Comment and questions concerning items on this agenda may be put to the Council by the public during this period. Matters which, in the Chair’s view require debate and/or a discussion will be referred to the next Committee/Council meeting, as appropriate. The Public Forum is restricted to 15 minutes, unless the Chair allows otherwise.

24/19/6 To review the YTD budget summary for 24/25.
24/19/7 To approve the Quarterly Income and Expenditure accounts for Q2 2024/25.
24/19/8 Report from relevant councillor regarding Internal Controls for Quarter 2 2024/25.
24/19/9 To review and make recommendation to full council regarding the budget proposal for financial year 25-26.
24/19/10 To review and make recommendation to full council in respect of setting the precept for financial year 25-26.
