Members of the Finance Committee are summoned to attend a meeting on Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Handforth Youth Centre, Old Road, Handforth.

25/23/1 To receive apologies for absence.
25/23/2 To note Declarations of interest and requests for dispensation to discuss or discuss and vote on a matter in which a member or co-opted Member has a Disclosable Pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest (DPI).
25/23/3 Open Forum- Comment and questions concerning items on this agenda may be put to the Council by the public during this period. Matters which, in the Chair’s view require debate and/or a discussion will be referred to the next Committee/Council meeting, as appropriate. The Public Forum is restricted to 15 minutes, unless the Chair allows otherwise.

25/23/8 Report from relevant councillor regarding Internal Controls for Quarter 2 2025/26.
25/23/9 To review and make recommendation to full council regarding the budget proposal for financial year 26-27.
25/23/10 To review and make recommendation to full council in respect of setting the precept for financial year 26-27.
