The Town Council are looking for nominations from residents for an unsung community hero!
Do you know someone in the Handforth Community who deserves some extra recognition for going out of their way to help others, going above and beyond or going the extra mile?
If so please send your nominations to the Town Clerk via email only (it is possible that nominations received in comments via Facebook or other social media will not reach us). Along with the persons details and why you think they deserve to be recognised as a community hero.
To clerk@handforthtowncouncil.gov.uk
[Obviously Handforth Town and Ward councillors are exempt from this process so please don’t nominate any :)]
Receipt for nominations closes on Wednesday the 13th of November 2024. Following this, the shortlist of nominees will be published and an online survey conducted to see who you, the residents of Handforth choose as their preferred unsung community hero!
Further details to come!
